Telemedicine

We are now offering our primary care, HIV care, PrEP/PEP, STI screening, and gender care services using telemedicine. Our telemedicine services aim to make healthcare more accessible to everyone in Rhode Island, particularly those who are unable to attend their appointments at our clinical offices in person.

Telemedicine at Open Door Health

Call us at 401-648-4700 to schedule an appointment!

We ask that you complete our intake forms before you start your appointment with your provider so your telemedicine appointment time can be focused on your clinical care. We recommend completing these forms on our patient portal. If you do not have a portal account and would like one, you can request access by calling our main phone line. If you are not able to complete the intake forms on the portal for any reason, give us a call, and someone from our team can assist you over the phone.

Our telemedicine services are integrated into our electronic medicine system. We will send you a link to your appointment by text and email. When you click that link it will take you directly to your secure meeting room. Someone from our team will get you checked in and then route you to your scheduled provider for your visit.

We partner with East Side Clinical Labs, which has over 50 locations in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. If our in-house specimen collection site is not open, you can go to any other operating East Side Clinical Labs location.
